At the Enterprise level, we are expected to be doing outreach to the most senior levels, and thus we do not have assigned SDR/BDR's. We are expected to be proactive and aware of opportunities before getting an RFP. The market fit & exceptional analyst ratings = why I joined the company 4 years ago, and we continue to invest and have a strong roadmap. It's great to sell a leading product.

The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More
