What contributed to my achievement is nothing the company did apart from build a great product and hire good SEs. Training is poor and the management just look at forecast spreadsheets, approve holidays and expenses.

EMEA has hired too many reps so only a small amount of reps are hitting their target.

My overall experience at NICE was positive. The base pay was reasonable and they incentive structure was far based on the number of meeting setup, and opportunities created.

NICE has the potential to be great, and it feels like they are on the cusp of getting there. I’ve enjoyed trying to contribute and participate, but it’s not where I want to be forever. But it has been a great experience overall!
