My overall experience wasn't the best as I did not feel like there was adequate training. There was no clear expectations or communication between management and employees. Commission structure was unfair, confusing and constantly changing.

At the Enterprise level, we are expected to be doing outreach to the most senior levels, and thus we do not have assigned SDR/BDR's. We are expected to be proactive and aware of opportunities before getting an RFP.
