Dream job as an SE aka ATS. Great people made the culture great like family. Very successful in the role. 2023 closed local field office and I was laid off. Great experience and would work there again! ESPP is incredible and RSU’s can be acquired at annual review time if performed well. The best perks of the role! If you want to get in you will need an internal referral to get a callback.

A once great company and culture that has been ruined by a bunch of ex microsoft, Cisco, and Dell executives that replaced the original leaders. Empty suited ivory tower sitters who know nothing about the business or the customers.

Leadership has lost touch with the field and seems to be transitioning to a value stock organization from a growth organization. Compensation is affected because they are so worried they will overcompensate anyone they are under compensating most.
