It sounds like there is toxic leadership at Netradyne.... Is this on all teams? or are some better/ worse?  Which teams are preferred and which ones should prospective employees avoid?

The toxicity isn’t from one issue, it's the workplace as a whole.

The culture doesn't exist. Processes are clunky, too many SaaS tools pile up, and new tools get rolled out as band-aids instead of fixing root issues. Poor data hygiene, reactive decision-making, knowledge silos, weak communication, overloaded roles, and zero accountability from leadership all compound the problem.

Instead of building a foundation to scale from startup to growth stage, leadership hides behind the phrase "building the plane while flying it," treating dysfunction as a badge of honor rather than a failure of leadership. In just the past 3 months, over 10 people at all levels have resigned, the entire SMB team was cut, and their workload dumped onto MM reps.

Don't get me wrong, there are some incredible people here fighting for the company's success, but too many others are career opportunists spouting buzzwords and empty promises, while always managing to survive. The only thing propping this place up is the strength of the product itself, which continues to attract forward-thinking companies and landing huge contracts.

If you're skilled at politicking and like fridges stocked full of drinks, you'll thrive here. But if you're looking for healthy leadership and real culture, you won't find it.

They've sacked nearly the entire sales team twice in the last 3 years - even reps that were producing

How about quotas basically doubled at the beginning of the year with the payout staying flat.  3% commission rate is a reality.  You get paid 50% of that up front and the rest once the product ships.  Garbage!  Look elsewhere, amigo.
