Former Employee Netradyne’s technology is innovative and has real potential in the marketplace, which is a positive aspect of working here. Unfortunately, the sales culture and leadership do not reflect the same level of strength. Leadership is often disconnected from the realities of the field, creating a negative culture with low morale.
The biggest challenge lies in the compensation plan and quota structure. Quotas are set at nearly three times higher than industry peers, and fewer than 5% of sales reps achieve them. This, combined with one of the least competitive compensation plans in the space, makes it very difficult to succeed financially in the role.
