Favoritism runs rampant here. If you’re in the in group, you’ll have deals granted to you outside of the rules of engagement. If you’re in the out group, you’ll have resources pulled away from you at a moments notice.

Netradyne has a good product that customers like, and base pay and benefits are decent. However, the sales leadership is the worst I've ever seen. Only 2 out of 25-30 reps hit their numbers in 2024, and 2025 looks to be even worse.
