Working at Netradyne was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. Leadership is ineffective and heavily biased, fostering a culture of favoritism that stifles growth and morale. Accounts are constantly shuffled without reason, disrupting client relationships and making it nearly impossible to hit targets. Unrealistic KPIs are set to ensure sales reps fail, providing an easy excuse for terminations. This isn’t just a sales issue—teams across Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Legal, and BDRs share the same frustrations about poor communication, lack of support, and toxic leadership. If you value fairness, professionalism, and stability, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible culture. They hire and fire all the time. No tenure since no one makes it since they get fired. Unrealistic expectations. They are hiring at a lower amount & people are less experienced. Only one person made quota. You need to work many hours, and it still isn't enough.

Q2 and Q3 were both lackluster. Unfortunately, the company continues to rely on large enterprise deals to hit quota and these deals typically take 12-18 months.
