Decent job. Lots of smart and talented people around you. Less micromanagement than other places I’ve worked. You’re treated as an adult. Territories have a hunger games feel to them. Inbound lead flow is weak. Deals are very challenging in this space. You’ll learn a lot, and with the right combination of skill, luck, and determination, you can also earn a lot as well (not my experience).

20% YoY price increases to current customers are expected and I’ve seen 40-70% YoY price increases actually celebrated. Support is absolutely terrible and escalating it goes nowhere. Very beaucratic and you feel like a small fish in a very big pond.
