My experience was fine. It starts off okay but I wish I knew how little upward mobility there really is. I was promised senior manager (which includes a slight pay increase that you do not typically receive) for over 2 years in which the benchmarks and qualifiers would constantly change. However, upon realizing they did this to countless managers, they restructured the program to basically become “leadership training” where you do the role of senior manager/director for free to be eligible in the future. Good managers get extra work. So although it’s a great place to start a management career, unless you just get lucky with timing, career progression is unclear and undelivered.

Had an overwhelming experience with them from day 1, as there were a complete unrealistic expectations of closing deals, without providing any real product trainings or onboarding, literal cut-throat culture that I would always recommend to avoid, that caused many their mental well being as they suffered from health issues, from how toxic the culture was.
