Had an overwhelming experience with them from day 1, as there were a complete unrealistic expectations of closing deals, without providing any real product trainings or onboarding, literal cut-throat culture that I would always recommend to avoid, that caused many their mental well being as they suffered from health issues, from how toxic the culture was.

SQL is king to the role. But not all SQLs are the same - some are high quality opportunities, some are begging CFOs to have the AE ring their cell, some are meetings that never occurred.
