Good for a young employee out of college. You can get screwed based on your territory. They hire a bunch of young people and fire almost as many. High churn but if you can get in a good patch with a good manager they do promote internally. Next role is SMB AE which is just as tough, you will be completely full cycle with no inbound selling to mom and pop shops with $0.
