Current Employee If you are an outbound SDR, your success will depend on the environment you are in. Outbound SDRs don’t receive inbounds. Inbound quota is nuts, but I see a lot of promotions on that side.
Do you have good AEs, RSDs, managers? If you don’t, you are most likely not getting promoted. And if you do get promoted, you most likely won’t succeed in the AE role. Account managers are thriving in the space.
Management also rarely makes decisions that actually benefit you. Decisions tend to only benefit themselves and make the job more difficult.
NetSuite isn’t a cheap product and most companies can’t afford us.
Your teammates will most likely be the highlight of this job.
