It used to be great at NetSuite but the past 18 months have been a massive challenge. They have lost their way entirely with culture, comp plans, motivation, customer service, and basically everything. There is no more President's Club, which has been dwindling over the years anyway. Quotas are way too high. Culture is in the toilet. They can probably find their way again, but the future model will look completely different and probably won't be a place for top performers looking to over achieve.
