Current Employee Once a great organization, it has been absorbed by Oracle. Best people are leaving and formerly dynamic leaders are presumably hampered by red tape and inefficient, unscalable process. Company is still growing quickly and is thriving even in the down economy, but sales territories have been diluted relative to quota and there are very few people who are able to achieve. Some of the most talented reps and managers do not even have an opportunity to get close to quota. This was not always the case and will hopefully change as market conditions improve, but for now, NetSuite sales culture is on a downward trajectory.
