At NetSuite you're able to have a good work-life balance and you get the opportunity to meet a lot of great people, it's also a great company to grow in your career. However, NetSuite can be a hard product to sell with a very cut-throat culture.

Since being acquired by Oracle, the vision and leadership has been lost. Plus, there is continual attrition on earning potential and ability to overachieve. Oracle does not like reps hitting over 80% quota and does not give pay increases to quota carrying staff.
