Solid. Strong leadership and overall good product market fit. One of the biggest challenges is the saturation of the market. Reps have been sitting on leads for years and it makes it challenging for new reps to build a less list.

Good company for the resume. But 11% hit Quota, and managers aren’t the best. One had 8 reps at the end of fiscal and then they all left. Hired more and now down a ton.
