It has been 2 years since I worked at NetSuite (within Oracle). Much has probably changed, but when I was there the sales process and the people I worked with were high quality. They’ve moved more down market from what I hear, and that’s the only reason I don’t think I’ll go back. But that’s a personal preference. Some like fast cycles. I like the long, arduous, high-dollar ones.

Overall the experience was a complete rollercoaster with some highs but many more lows. The emerging space is an absolute meat grinder mentality and the overall product takes a lot for a company to truly need/act on purchasing an ERP.
