Terrible experience. Comp plan changed June 1 due to shady deals in the org which lead to 90% of the org missing quota all year. Not enough accounts to go around and they are still hiring. They also play favorites, give the 5 reps the best accounts and so those 5 outperform everyone else who struggles.

Leadership is constantly changing recently and for the worse. They are removing leaders and not backfilling them and assigned more work to existing leaders. The communication between reps and senior leadership is slowly becoming nonexistent.
