Current Employee My experience started out strong and then they changed almost every part of the job that was enjoyable or alluring. ProMotion stairway was essentially revoked for BDMs, commissions have been capped two quarters in a row and we aren’t notified until days before payout, flexibility with hybrid has been taken away and seems to be leaning toward fully in office, bdms are now on interviews days for the entire day without a lunch break on Mondays and Fridays so we effectively cannot support our teams 5 days a month. We are not treated like people with lives. We are the scapegoat of the org with virtually no pathway and no support. Sales also is not hitting their numbers so that adds to it all.
