Good but sometimes bad, good if you have a good manger bad if you don't. Work from home ok, but targets not great and as I say if you have a bad boss makes it very difficult to progress in your role. Overall Good but also bad sometimes it's ok, otherwise not so much. Spoke to a recruiter today who said that it's not that good to have on your CV, now they tell me. Wish I knew that before taking the role

Targets keep increasing 30% every year with a smaller territory. Lot of new reps joined over last 12 months and lot of new sales policy came in effect. I doubt even 20% will hit target next year. I foresee lot of experienced and good sales rep leaving in next 12 months. Already lot of experienced AMs left in last 12 months due to too many changes.

Been at NetSuite for over 3 years. They reward you if you do well but it’s a dog eat dog culture
