Current Employee Benefits are fantastic. Unlimited PTO, sick time, paid parental leave, and a bunch of other options. Pay is decent, but about 20% less than the market rate for an organization this size. Commissions are paid out from a pool based on the performance of the entire region/division. OTE is $210k, but most reps in this role end up in the $185-$190k neighborhood.
Training is top notch. Work life balance is excellent. Great people to work with as well.
This really is the type of place you put a few years (2-3) into and then lateral to a role with a more aggressive comp plan or get a bump to AE. Exiting from NetSuite strategically can quickly get you to the $400-$500k range.
