NetSuite is dominant in the mid-market space and is really the only game in town for serious businesses. Widely recognized as the where you go when your business is ready to scale and need auditable financials. Sales culture here is changing fast and not in a good way. Stressed direct sales team and Account Management teams. Clients are caught in the middle and getting pressure from NetSuites leveraged position to drastically increase prices to make internal quotas. This increased risk is being communicated to the new prospects which is making direct sales harder.

Management talked about culture, but didn't really back it up. In almost 4 years, my team was never allowed to meet in person (spread across the country) due to cost.
