Oversaturated sales team. Shared territory with multiple reps, very cutthroat. I had 3 different managers, 2 territories and constant change. Typical "what have you done for me lately" sales environment. Not much human interaction or connection. Too big of an org for me, not much support. Training was terrible, not set up for succes.

High stress, high pressure, high volume workload. I’m in a specialized role where I have no control over my calendar and my work balance. The pay was good u til the doctors bled my quota and cut my commission percentage in half

My overall experience here is negative. The turnover rate is crazy and there's constant change that feels like hurdles rather then helping.
