Former Employee2.6Feb 21, 2024Had an overwhelming experience with them from day 1, as there were a complete unrealistic expectations of closing deals, without providing any real product trainings or onboarding, literal cut-throat culture that I would always recommend to avoid, that caused many their mental well being as they suffered from health issues, from how toxic the culture was.

Current Employee3.7Nov 27, 2023My overall experience has been ok. There is no culture at Oracle apart from 1-2 days a week you go to the office and see people. Targets have been increases even though nobody hit them last year. Commison has gone down as targets have gone up. You can make good money with the commission but it is not easy. Very stressful
