Not many people hit quota. Less than 20%. SDR turnover is high, so little help on that front and inbound lead flow is non existent. 100% self sourced net new logos makes for a challenging role. Hence why very few achieve quota

My overall experience at NetSuite is positive, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who isn't up for a challenge / pure hunting role. Takes 1-2 years to get your TAL established, and even then, hitting quota is a major challenge. Things like inheriting accounts, manager favor, luck with BDRs, IB leads can make your year.. problem is you don't control alot of those...Read More
