Quota attainment is rare among representatives. Compliance with company policies appears to be secondary, as those who exploit the system face minimal consequences. In fact, individuals who engage in questionable practices, including taking accounts from fellow representatives, are often rewarded as long as they bring in new business.

My experience started out strong and then they changed almost every part of the job that was enjoyable or alluring. No opportunities for promotion, inbound is not even inbound its people googling our competitors or downloading random business guides. Everyone is stuck and bored or leaving.
