STAY AWAY. Have been here since 2019 and everything is terrible now. Extreme micromanagement. Management obsessing and stressing over unrealistic numbers and metrics. They require 3 days a week but will often have you come in on random Fridays and Mondays as a form of punishment. Based out of Austin and the office is nice. Overall, it is a great company to work for, with a ton of internal opportunities. The issue is the saturation with the emg markets, every rep is scrapping for leads and will do anything to find a lead which creates a toxic environment.
