Overall experience was ok. Company is going through a lot of internal restructuring and the BDR org was the one that took the hit as a result. Poor top down management, little to no communication, no clarity on career growth or promotion opportunities. Moreso, left to attrition and just hiring new classes of BDRs while letting the others quit or move to other companies.
