Current Employee Extremely difficult sales environment with 10% of emerging reps hitting quota last year. They increased quota by 20% this fiscal year so expect that number to go down. Low base pay of 67,500. Can be extremely stressful and depressing when managers are turning the screws on reps for not hitting metrics even though goals are unrealistic.
People are good and cool but morale is typically tempered... You learn a lot. Exit opportunities are decent.
