Hitting attainment is almost next to impossible here. Reps who cheat the system are praised and rewarded. This is a hybrid role but will be required to come in office on random Mondays and Fridays. Work life balance is minimal as you’re expected to be responsive outside of 8-5. Management considers you “good” only if you hit your number.
