Working at New Relic has had its ups and downs so far. The company is at a unique period having recently gone private. Changes are constantly happening to the pricing model/billing structure and the new plans can be hard for customers to understand. This causes some friction in renewals and expansion conversations. However, the innovation that has come with the new leadership is exciting.

Changes in managers, territories, and company goals and objectives happen regularly. Customers consistently complain about the turnover.
