Current Employee Massive attrition from SVP to FLM. Sales culture is lacking with a renewed focus on new logos but lacking in incentives for reps and customers.
Product team has worked hard to catch up and surpass competitors which is refreshing in the crowed olly space.
Sales org and the business needs to support the reps and enable them to hunt and succeed or it will just be a rinse and repeat in 12 months. Browse Other Reviews
