Massive attrition from SVP to FLM. Sales culture is lacking with a renewed focus on new logos but lacking in incentives for reps and customers. Product team has worked hard to catch up and surpass competitors which is refreshing in the crowed olly space. Sales org and the business needs to support the reps and enable them to hunt and succeed or it will just be a rinse and repeat in 12 months.

Things have changed drastically over the past few months. There has been significant turnover across the company and they rolled out a new comp plan that is beyond confusing. Quotas are going to be really tough and the new comp plan makes it extremely difficult to even plot a path to OTE let alone a path to overachieving.
