Great product, too many people in the company for too long in the biggest roles of there life without any experienced support around them. Things will improve with the new leadership and fresh eyes coming in externally.

Taken over by PE. The current CEO is checked out. He changed the pricing model to from license based to consumption based, made a mistake of going for user based pricing model, learnt it after 2 years. Moving towards query based pricing model.
