Horrible leadership (frequently changed at all levels). Very clique'ish (reps and management with seniority unhelpful & seek to discourage those succeeding at faster rates). Unhealthy competition between SMB, mid market, Enterprise, & Channel departments (unequal transparency, higher levels of departments can data that others cant & will actually steal your leads/deal while they are pitch phase). If you dont go to employee parties (golf courses) etc.. deals wont go through.

Management is horrible. They acquire more and more applications for the sole purpose of micromanagement. No decision or job description seems to stick. It’s as if they are flying blind. One long time employee described it as, they are famous for exploding upon takeoff.
