I was hired on to the new Mid Market team in September as a new outbound rep to drive this new outbound motion Nextiva had started. They lied about: Hybrid, 1 month in they decide to make everyone work in office full time, unlimited PTO, sick time, systems they had in place for us to use, and the culture. Nextiva is a terrible place to work the product is outdated as is their entire way of thinking. Leadership is appalling starting from the VP of sales who is a large, useless ineffective leader who's only recourse is to threaten and yell (thinks this will motivate reps and get results somehow). Stay far far away from this mess.

Good people to work with but the VoIP space is crowded with competitors and Nextiva doesn't have much features that make it stand out above the crowd.

Management is horrible. They acquire more and more applications for the sole purpose of micromanagement. No decision or job description seems to stick. It’s as if they are flying blind. One long time employee described it as, they are famous for exploding upon takeoff.
