It’s rare to hit quota here, and they changed the compensation structure to allow for top performers to get paid more, but the problem is, there’s no such thing as top performers here.

Zero chance for promotion within sales. They do not promote from within. All sales manager and mid market positions are filled by hiring from outside. Competitors keep improving their product. Nextiva keeps promising big changes in the “near future” but have not delivered

There are a lot of top level leaders who change their mind daily. The culture was really negative. They put people down, yell at them. It is a punishment culture versus an enablement culture.
