Bad all around. Do not come here. Only reason to take this job is you are completely desperate at this point. Dysfunctional all around, clueless leadership, no defined career paths, favoritism in promotions, not rewarded for performance. Horribly overworked, lack of support, shady communication, and your internal tools will be the worst you have ever worked with. Its like they were developed to prevent you to sell or retain customers. Half the time they don't even work so you deal with constant escalations.

Management is horrible. They acquire more and more applications for the sole purpose of micromanagement. No decision or job description seems to stick. It’s as if they are flying blind. One long time employee described it as, they are famous for exploding upon takeoff.
