As soon as I hit the sales floor I know I had been lied to during the interview process. The 2 week training was fun and easy and I thought okay this is going to be good but I was wrong. They basically only prospect closed lost opportunities from every segment and every lead had already been dialed 5-10 times but other reps. You can hear the frustration from clients. I had a client tell me that our company should get more leads because your team keeps calling. Realistically you only get maybe a lead every couple of days and if you don’t get big deals it’s impossible to hit goal. Too much politics and poor leadership just playing the blame game and putting entire segment on PIPs.

The opportunity to make money is non existent. The leaders are not qualified and lack the know how to drive a team or individual to success , because of this they lead by fear. You will be told a million great things to get you in the door and none of them are true. No one is making money. Out of 100 plus sales reps less than 10percent are hitting quota.

The leaders do not know what they are doing with constantly changing ideas and goals. The product does not work and they try to constantly “go up market” even though larger organizations demand performance and reliability and Nextiva is anything but reliable and a we built product.
