You can make more money as a BDR than an AE in some cases which makes the lack of career path transparency nice. Easy to hit OTE as a BDR - great place to start.

You must be okay with quantity over quality for outbound prospecting efforts for all roles BDR to Sr. AE. Meetings are the guiding metric for leadership (AE's are responsible for 5 first, 10 total, and 1 F2F meeting every week).

Overall the pay is okay and good people that work here but you need to come in as a seller. The training is not there. No inbound sales and tough grind. But you can make okay money if you sell and base is very competitive. Product is good as well. Leadership is lacking
