Overall the pay is okay and good people that work here but you need to come in as a seller. The training is not there. No inbound sales and tough grind. But you can make okay money if you sell and base is very competitive. Product is good as well. Leadership is lacking

The GM that came on in 2023 thinks very highly of himself. While his resume looks solid, it was largely with one organization for several years. Therefore, has not adapted to the new generation.
