Simply not somewhere you want to dedicate your time as a salesperson. Unattainable quota, with a product losing market share, lead by incompetent individuals. ONE PERSON OUT OF THE 30+ NEW LOGO SELLERS HIT 100% OF QUOTA LAST YEAR. Upper-management is so disconnected from reality and is very bigotry with their communication style. Unsure where these opinions are formed from, as they don't take the time to understand & connect with the ground level sellers. Lastly, if you're looking to start your career here as a BDR... run. The advertise a 8-12 month promotion process, however more than half of the team has been there for over 16 months.

The GM that came on in 2023 thinks very highly of himself. While his resume looks solid, it was largely with one organization for several years. Therefore, has not adapted to the new generation.

My overall experience here was good to get my sales career kickstarted. The role does require you to do a lot of self learning. Compensation is terrible, if you do not hit target you do not get paid anything.
