My overall experience here was good to get my sales career kickstarted. The role does require you to do a lot of self learning. Compensation is terrible, if you do not hit target you do not get paid anything.

Overall the pay is okay and good people that work here but you need to come in as a seller. The training is not there. No inbound sales and tough grind. But you can make okay money if you sell and base is very competitive. Product is good as well. Leadership is lacking

Overall the people in the sales org are great. Unfortunately the leadership does a very poor job of rewarding loyalty. Quota retention has been difficult for the past 2-3 years with a low percentage of reps hitting quota. Salary/TC increases are very difficult to get approved and most reps go 3-5+ years without receiving any sort of increase in pay structure.

You must be okay with quantity over quality for outbound prospecting efforts for all roles BDR to Sr. AE. Meetings are the guiding metric for leadership (AE's are responsible for 5 first, 10 total, and 1 F2F meeting every week).
