Former Employee This is a position for experienced new logo hunters and account managers. This organization often takes sales professionals from competitors - primarily Business Wire and Cision. For several, they've been with both competitors. Training is average at best. Most of it is through videos and you have some in person group sessions. For me, my manager had lost more than half of her sales team and was trying to replenish the team. I was not trained and did not do well as a result. Things are constantly changing - and it's not just because technology is training rapidly. The organization seems to make many whimsical changes. It's a bit too much. Very high pressure. They have rules for remote reps but prefer that you come in - albeit at a high cost. They don't care. The new CEO is trying to make sure he doesn't lose his job to the PE firm that owns Notified. There is pressure/stress trickle down.
