Current Employee My overall experience at Notion has been extremely positive. We're shifting as a business from being known as a b2c / personal productivity tool to a true B2B platform. With that, comes growing pains. If you're looking for a sales role where you just expect leads to be handed to you, thats not the direction we're going. But if you're willing to hunt and see the massive opportunity in the market, Notion is a place with a lot of upside and earning potential.
Notion has amazing brand recognition and passionate personal fans. it can do SO much for companies but we are in the process of educating the market. If you're willing to truly learn the platform, get to know your customers, and put in the time, the payout is worth it. The sales team is the most diverse i've worked on (not just sales bros / white guys) which is great. We're hybrid and the perks in the SF office are fantastic - i typically come in 4 days a week when only 3 are mandated.
