My overall experience at Okta was great. It’s a great place to start your career in sales and they invest a lot of time in their SDR team. They also like to promote their internal SDRs.

Good sales practises and development. Struggling with leads. Auth0 has good traction in the market, Okta has become somewhat commoditized.

Been here 8 months, 0 inbound leads/Opps. On the upside okta is investing more in the ISR/SDR space to help correct this.
