Former Employee Todd McKinnon, John Addison and Bruce Fiscus have combined to make a highly dysfunctional sales organization with terrible leadership EQ, poor understanding of core operational obstacles, and an unwillingness to "burn the boats".
Individual successes are to be had but the territories are poorly designed, data used to make decisions are highly flawed (SFDC), and the culture of "no, can't, and won't" permeate the organization.
