Great product. Lots of initial product knowledge. Tons of change. Give best reps more deals. Low oversight into mid market/commercial space so last fee months they took all inbound leads away, changed my role to outbound, offered no increase in pay for more work. I believe I got the short end of the stick my last couple quarters there but definitely a great company just need better workflow processes to streamline deals.

The organization wants to win but lacks strong sales leadership (no CRO) and a seat at the table. While the aspirations are grand, the ability to cross-functionally execute is a burden and the historically high turnover has left customers frustrated.
