Current Employee4.7Aug 27, 2024I've been at One Identity less than two years and my experience has been very positive. The pay/incentive structure is very competitive and I enjoy working with my leadership. My manager actually manages and wants to get in front of customers. Sales VP is smart, knows the industry, and is charming with customers.
