Former Employee Grateful for good success there and made money but the organization at large is very bureaucratic and slow. The Business Network division is treated like an afterthought despite the revenue it generates. Very heavy on management, low on people who roll up their sleeves. Very much a "good old boys" club, particularly in Business Network. Product strategy is not cohesive across the company which causes a lot of "internal competition." Sales and BDR organizations are not aligned on mutually beneficial objectives. Product and solution offerings are outdated and overpriced.
